Forest-Travel company produces coniferous edged lumber from two types of wood: pine and spruce in a wide range of sizes and sections.

All lumber is chamber dried with 10-20% humidity.
The products are manufactured on a debarking machine that processes logs with a diameter of 450 mm and on a combined HEWSAW R200 line that processes logs with a diameter of up to 320 mm and a cutting height of up to 205 mm.

The manufactured products have high geometric accuracy and comply with the requirements of GOST 26002-83.

During shipment, the products are packed in a plastic film wrapping the pack from 5 sides and labeled.

More than 70% of the lumber produced is exported.

The lumber produced by Forest - Travel is sorted by quality on an automatic line manufactured by Swedish RENHOLMEN.

Renholmen supplies equipment of its own production to many European countries, primarily Sweden, Finland and Norway, successfully operating in other markets, including Russia. Обрезная доска получается путём распила древесного ствола.
Её получают, распуская древесный ствол вдоль ленточными пилами,
с шагом равным необходимой толщине изделия.

По типу раскроя доска может быть:

Из сердцевины: максимум одна доска длинная или несколько коротких.
Распил по длине ствола.
Центральной: две длинных или несколько коротких.
Они получаются из распила ствола пополам. На доски идут самые широкие части тонких брёвен
Горбыль: две доски, одна из которых образует полукруг ствола.
Крайней: две длинных доски между горбылем и центральным распилом.

В зависимости от диаметра и качества ствола, обрезная доска может иметь разные параметры. По желанию клиента мы можем сделать брус или другой вид нужного пиломатериала.

Балансы лиственные – это натуральные необработанные лесоматериалы. Балансы представляют интерес как качественное сырье для предприятий, выпускающих целлюлозу, ДСП и ДВП.

Лиственным балансом считается вершинная часть ствола дерева. Стволы деревьев небольшого диаметра (тонкомеры) также относятся к лиственным балансам.

Технологической щепой называют дробленую и рубленую древесину, предназначенную для последующей переработки
и соответствующую определенным параметрам.

Для такого материала очень важны не только размеры и форма, но и порода древесины, поэтому все данные четко прописаны
в регламентирующих документах. Например, ГОСТ 15815-83, согласно которому мы ее и изготавливаем.
